At Cravies, we take pride in the quality of our cereals and the care we put into every order. Because our products are made for consumption, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has shipped, except in the rare case where a product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trycravies.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and, once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note that we do not issue monetary refunds. Replacements are only provided for damaged or defective items.
Order Issues
If your order was lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, reach out to our support team and we’ll help investigate with the carrier to find a solution.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can follow your package.
